Evasive Motorsports S2000 to Participate in GTA—Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach.

Debuted at SEMA 2018, the EVS2-V4 S2000 has since been the talk of the S2000 community: Featuring the visually striking Voltex Circuit Version III Widebody kit, chassis-mounted wing accompanied with an HKS-supercharged, Toda-stroked 2.35L Motor, the EVS-S2K is determined to set astonishing lap records that challenge the boundary of ultimate S2000 Tuning. Fine-tuning has been made progressively after the last debut to ensure the overall balance and performance of our latest creation of the S2000, including:

– Motorsport-Spec Air Jack System by AST Suspension to allow quicker, easier setup adjustment.
– Stoptech Brake Kits all around, with a secondary caliper for the handbrake.
– Accusump System to prevent oil starvation and sudden oil pressure loss.

Pikes Peak Evasive Motorsports Model 3 Unveiled

As this year’s Pikes Peak International Hill Climb approaches, we’ve unveiled our Tesla Model 3 entry for the EV Class. Dai Yoshihara will be returning in the driver’s seat.

The focus of this year’s build was to lighten the car as much as possible, while refining suspension and aero. Much of the car has been replaced with carbon fiber including all doors, trunk, and roof.

Custom motorsport coilovers were provided by KW Suspension. The new TP-5 wheels by Titan 7 were custom made for our widebody spec’d aero kit by Artisan Spirits. Toyo racing slicks will be providing the grip up the mountain. Brembo brakes were custom made for the car as well.

A big part of the climb is adequate cooling for race cars, so CSF provided the system needed to keep the batteries cool in order to help maintain power.

The carbon race splitter, diffuser, and wheel aero disc are custom designed by ourselves under the EVS Tuning brand. Of course, the dry carbon GT Wing was provided by our good friends at Voltex to finish it off.

Evasive Motorsports returning to Pikes Peak with Tesla Model 3

Turn 14 Distribution, the performance warehouse giant which supplies aftermarket goods globally and prides itself on stocking its partners’ complete product lines, announced it will be the title sponsor for Evasive Motorsports’ Tesla Model 3 Performance campaign at the 2021 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Turn 14’s Director of Marketing, Daryl Sampson states, “Turn 14 Distribution’s goal to be an industry leader is consistent with our involvement in this project. We love the sound and emotion of internal combustion engines but recognize and support the increasing growth of the EV and hybrid market by the OE’s. Evasive Motorsports sees this, too, and we are happy to partner with them on this effort.”

Piloting the Model 3 is Turn 14-sponsored athlete and wheel ace, Dai Yoshihara, a talent who has competed—and realized success—in drift, time attack, and hill climb events.

The Champs Return

This isn’t Evasive Motorsports’ first trip to Pikes Peak. The military precise tuning firm has taken a crack at the mountain on six occasions, and in 2020 it found huge success. With Yoshihara behind the wheel for a second consecutive year, the group’s heavily modified Toyota 86, powered by the venerable Supra-derived 2JZ-GTE, realized victory in the Unlimited Division. Struggle and drama typically accompany the exhaustive effort at Pikes Peak and Evasive’s story had plenty of both.

EVS Tuning ESC01 Wheel for Tesla Model 3

The EVS Tuning Tesla Model 3 just had its first shakedown at the Streets of Willow. Look for more updates on this vehicle as we plan to take it to the next Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in the EV Class. Through a flow-formed production process, our goal is to provide a elegant, yet sporty design. This will allow us to provide a reasonably priced, lightweight aftermarket wheel with structural integrity up to par with the standards of JWL, VIA, & SAE.

Titan 7 TD-6, S2000 SPEC

In collaboration with Titan 7, Evasive Motorsports now offers an exclusive S2000 SPEC, forged T-D6 in 17×9.5 +51 5×114.3 sizing. This wheel is now available in Iridium Silver, Satin Ti, Machine Black, and Techna Bronze. Our recommended tire sizing is 255/40/17. Forged for All is Titan 7’s motto, and starting at only $1,980 for a set, it’s difficult to refute.

These wheels are also made to clear most popular big brake upgrades such as Spoon Sports calipers, AP Racing and Stoptech ST40 BBK without requiring spacers.
