Evasive Motorsports now carries the new Proxes RS1, full-slick competition tire, from Toyo Tires. Toyo Tires worked closely with Lammertink Racing in developing these for endurance racing. Lammertink ran the Porsche 997 GT3 at 24HR Nurburgring as well as 24HR Dubai. The ideal fitment are the Porsche 996/977 GT2/GT3 models.
Robert Walker, a.k.a. MaxRev, took out his daily driven, Evasive built, Honda S2000 this past week to Buttonwillow Raceway. He accomplished an impressive lap time of 1:55.43. The car is running Maxxis RC1 tires, Evasive Spec Eibach R2 Multi-pro coilovers, EVS Tuning 70-SSP exhaust, Project Mu Club Racer brake pads, Voltex Street Aero, Volk RE30 Clubsport wheels, all on a factory spec NA motor.
We took the EVS Tuning Subaru BRZ out to the track for its first shakedown. Robert Walker did a 2:01 on the CW13 configuration. The car is currently equipped with EVS Tuning front pipe / 70SSP Exhaust, Tein Super Racing Coilover, Gramlights 57 Xtreme 18×9.5, Yokohama AD08 255/35/18, Cusco rear camber arm, Project Mu Club Racer pads and Project Mu 355 brake fluid, Voltex Type 1S wing. We plan to do some additional upgrades in the upcoming months with some new products. Stay tuned to see what we’ve got in store for this car!
