For those who haven’t heard yet, Top Fuel is taking their turbocharged S2000 to compete at this year’s World Time Attack Challenge in Australia. The 700+ hp beast, held the Tsukuba FR lap record with a time of 55.3 seconds driven by Nob Tanaguchi back in 2008. This year, the car’s going up another level with the help of Voltex founder and owner, Nakajima-san. Here are some photos of the amazing aero that has been in development for the past few months. Needless to say, tt looks like Top Fuel and Voltex will be bringing the heat to the competition. We can’t wait to see what amazing times they’ll bring to WTAC! Stay tuned!
